PHYSIO BIKE FIT
ABOUT PHYSIO BIKE FIT
From commuters to pro cyclists, everyone can benefit from Physio Bike Fit.
WHAT IS PHYSIO BIKE FIT?
Physio Bike Fit aims to maximize performance, improve comfort, reduce pain and prevent injuries. Physio Bike fit is not just about adjusting a saddle or handlebars; it is an optimization of the biomechanical set-up of the cyclist on the bike, which involves both rider positioning and bike configuration. Additionally, the physiotherapy-based assessment will address any physical deficits or technique flaws in the rider.
WHO IS PHYSIO BIKE FIT FOR?
Physio Bike Fit is designed for anyone who rides. Whether you are a beginner who wants to get more comfortable on the bike, a weekend warrior struggling with an injury, or a competitive cyclist trying to shred a few seconds off your personal best, the Physio Bike Fit experience will be tailored to your specific goals. Other than road bikes, we also fit mountain bikes, hybrids, and triathlon/time trial bikes!
